A word from the tree guy…
- We have added two new species to this year’s lineup: musclewood (Carpinus betulus) & a cucumber magnolia hybrid (Elizabeth).
- We have more small (underwire) to medium sized trees with a greater selection this year, because demand was outpacing supply.
- We’re thinking groves (micro-forests) and we’re doing a trial run with 25 assorted trees at Springville’s middle school. Won’t they look good!
- Last year’s drought took its toll, we’ve got to do better this year.
