One of Green Springville’s first accomplishments was to work with the village of Springville towards the installation of electric vehicle charging stations. Green Springville first approached the village with a NYS DEC grant that would provide the majority of the funding necessary to purchase and install the chargers.

Green Springville also circulated a petition to generate support from the community to include in the grant package. As a result of these efforts and those of the Village, Springville has two electric vehicle charging stations in municipal parking lots that are available to the public.
